What is 'MisLoyal'?
'MisLoyal' is Misela’s personalised loyalty program, allowing you to earn points on your purchases. You’ll receive 10% of your purchase value in 'MisLoyal' points, which can be redeemed on your next purchase. How do I join 'MisLoyal'?
You’ll automatically become a member of the 'MisLoyal' program when you shop at Misela, either online or in stores.
- Existing Website Customers: You can access your 'MisLoyal' balance under My Account.
- Existing Boutique Customers: Create an account at misela.com using the same email in our system, and your points will be updated within 24 hours.
How do I earn 'MisLoyal' Points?
You’ll earn 10% of your purchase value in 'MisLoyal' points online and in Misela stores. Please note that taxes, duties, and associated fees are excluded from point calculations.
Earned 'MisLoyal' points will be processed in the ‘My Account’ tab within 5 hours of placing your order. Collected points will be adjusted for any returned items.
How can I check my 'MisLoyal' balance?
You can view your 'MisLoyal' balance directly in the 'MisLoyal' tab under My Account. Points will be processed every 5 hours.
How can I redeem my 'MisLoyal' points?
You can use your 'MisLoyal' points on your next purchase, either online or in Misela stores.
- Note that your ‘MisLoyal’ points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Full Order Return or Cancellation: Your 'MisLoyal' points for that order will not be processed.
- Partial Return or Cancellation: Points for the returned items will be deducted, and points for the remaining items will be confirmed after the return period.
