Delivery Policy
  • Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Our Made to Order items are crafted just for you, with production beginning upon order confirmation. Due to the customisation process, they require a longer production time, typically around 20 business days. Your Made to Order item is expected to ship within the estimated delivery time provided on the product detail page.
  • Our Collection items will be processed and are expected to ship within the estimated delivery time provided on the product detail page.
  • Once your order has left the warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
  • The shipping estimate within the United Kingdom typically take 1-5 business days. International deliveries, excluding the UK, typically take 2-10 business days.
  • If, for any reason, your parcel is not delivered, we will issue a full refund for your order, excluding the shipping cost.
  • Taxes and duties are included in the international shipping fee. However, any additional import duties, customs procedures, or fees that may apply in the destination country will be your responsibility and must be paid to obtain your parcel from customs upon arrival. For more information on current import restrictions and duty rates, please contact your local customs office.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • We accept exchanges and returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original packaging, including any signature packaging materials.
  • For returns within the United Kingdom, we offer a free return service through our courier. If you choose to use another courier, you will be responsible for the return cost.
  • For returns outside of the UK, if you use our courier service, the return delivery cost will be deducted from your total refund. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive your return, we will notify you of its receipt and verify the condition of the exchanged or returned items. If the items are eligible for return, we will process a refund, excluding the initial shipping fee. The refund will be completed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time. If the item is not eligible for a return or exchange, we will contact you with further details.
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged at our physical stores in the same country of purchase, along with the purchase proof.
  • Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.
  • Made to Order items cannot be monogrammed after receipt.
