TIME OUT WITH

Indre Serpytyte-Roberts

The Lithuanian born artist lives between London and Scotland with her husband, property developer and art collector, David Roberts, and their daughter, Constance.

MY PERSONAL STYLE CODE IS…
Anything timeless and beautifully crafted.

MY STYLE ICON IS…
Lauren Bacall.

ON MY DESK YOU WILL FIND…
A photograph of my husband and daughter by my dear friend Olivier Yon. Notebooks filled with ideas, sketches and color swatches for new works, and an almond matcha.

MY THREE FAILSAFE BEAUTY PRODUCTS ARE…
I haven't worn makeup or been to see my facialist since the start of the pandemic and so, my daily products have had to work even harder for me. The Cream by Augustinus Bader is genius in a bottle and has kept my skin hydrated and fresh throughout. A small dab of Dr Barbara Sturm's Glow Drops seems to bring the glow back even on the most dreary winter days. And the evening wouldn't be the same without No. 1 Cleansing Oil by Vanderohe which smells totally divine and washes away all the Zoom calls

THE MOST TREASURED THING IN MY WARDROBE IS...
My John Galliano black dress from his Spring 1995 collection. I wore it at my wedding reception. it reminds me of the good times.

MY FAVOURITE PIECE from MISELA IS…
Carolina at Belgravia bag.

THE BOOK I KNOW BY HEART IS...
Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown. It's my daughter's favorite bedtime story.

THE BEST GIFT I'VE RECEIVED RECENTLY…
My horse Lola from my husband who thought she would cheer me up during these difficult times. Lola is a traditional Irish sport horse and is super good natured and extremely bright. The most thoughtful gift I have ever received as she not only cheered me up but also has kept me sane.

IF I DIDN'T LIVE IN… London or Scotland..
I would live in Italy. I love London so I can't see myself leaving but if I had to Italy would be my choice. The history of art, the culture, the people, the food, the wine, the mountains, the sea... it's all just irresistible.

IN MY BAG YOU'LL FIND…
A selection of Willie's Cacao Chocolate bars. The higher the cacao content the better. I usually have some for breakfast.
